Richard Sipe’s 2016 report to McElroy, Pierre, and Francis of the 12 seminarians and priests abused by McCarrick was never mentioned in the report. No one has covered up more abuse than Francis who is afraid to return to Argentina where he faces many death threats from abuse victims and members of their families.
