This month, I asked the In Spirit and Truth Survivor Voices Panel to respond to this question: What is one thing that you have found helpful in your healing journey? It has been a beautiful experience for me, reading about the varying paths that have been taken by each individual in their journey toward wholeness, strength, and peace. I hope this post is helpful to other survivors searching for healing, as well as those who love them.
